John F. Adams, DDS

"Dr. John" was born in the San Diego area but grew up locally in Diamond Springs. He received his dental degree (DDS) from Loma Linda University in 1980 and has practiced dentistry in Cameron Park since he established his practice in 1981. He is a member of the American Academy Implant Dentistry, American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Sacramento District Dental Society.

John and his wife Barbara, who he met in college, have two children, Nathan ("Dr. Nate") and Michelle. Dr. Nate became a dentist in 2010 and practices dentistry with Dr. John. Michelle is a Speech Therapist in southern California.

He is active in his church, enjoys being with his family, playing softball, playing the piano, hiking in the local mountains, traveling, especially to Thailand, eating Thai food and learning the Thai language. He has participated in several local and foreign dental mission trips and looks forward to many more.
